Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical care to residents, including coordination of care needs and supervision of care staff
* Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse to ensure seamless care delivery
* Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practice
Requirements
* Diploma in Nursing and current AHPRA Registration
* Knowledge of The Aged Care Act 1997 and Aged Care Standards
* Efficient time management, organisational, and planning skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Permanent working rights within Australia
* National Police Clearance
