Job Description
Permanent, Full Time
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing payments and reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day finance activities. You'll also work closely with campus teams and provide timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices, staff expenses and reimbursements
Prepare payment runs and ensure suppliers are paid within agreed terms
Complete daily and monthly reconciliations (bank and balance sheet)
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and debtor follow-ups
Support campus managers with financial queries and reporting
Assist with month-end reporting and ad-hoc finance tasks
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar finance or accounts role in organisations with large volume
Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Adaptable and flexible with change
High levels of enthusiasm, integrity and professionalism
Experience in Education Industry (Desirable, not required)
