This program is an opportunity for a highly experienced Business Coordinator to join the team behind this success, working closely with the LoC Manager in Darwin.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-level business, procurement and financial management services to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance;
* Oversee budgets, coordinate contractors, report on program progress, procure materials and engage stakeholders effectively;

This is a desktop-based leadership support role that requires adaptability, self-motivation, and a commitment to supporting Aboriginal-led initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong coordination and stakeholder skills, enjoy designing efficient systems, and be able to use their financial knowledge to enable real community impact.

Requirements
">
* Experience in developing and maintaining practical business systems and processes;
* High-level cross-cultural, interpersonal and verbal communication skills;
">
A Bachelor of Business Management or Financial Management or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required for this position. Previous experience in a similar position/program is highly desirable.

* Total Salary Package: $121,093 Inclusive of 15% Superannuation;
* Salary packaging benefits of up to $15,900 and additional Meal Entertainment Card;
* District allowance, 5 weeks annual leave, 18 days personal leave and paid Christmas close down;
* Upon completion of 12 months of service an Annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $3,177.64;
