We are working with a large, well-established professional services firm that supports private businesses, family groups, and growing companies across Australia.
They are expanding their Business Services / Private Business team and are open to hiring at Associate, Senior Accountant, Manager, or Senior Manager level, depending on experience.

You will work closely with business owners and decision-makers, helping them manage compliance, understand their numbers, and plan for the future.

What you'll be doing
- Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS, FBT, and payroll tax
- Work with private businesses, family groups, and business owners
- Help clients with tax, accounting, and practical business advice
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Work closely with other teams to deliver solutions
- Review work and support junior team members (Manager+ level)
- Manage client portfolios and lead teams (Senior Manager level)
- Support business growth and client development as your career progresses
What we're looking forAssociate / Senior Accountant
- 1+ years' experience in public practice or professional services
- Studying CA/CPA or already qualified
- Well organised and comfortable with deadlines
- Clear communicator who wants to grow
- Strong experience in business services or private clients
- Confident managing clients and leading teams
- Enjoy mentoring and developing others
- Interested in long‐term career progression
