An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious and motivated person to build a career within Commercial Banking as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, in this portfolio in Commercial Banking, you will be dealing with client's day to day activities, lending requirements and using your financial analysis and relationship building skills to deliver our customer needs. Our Account Executives play an important role in generating high-quality customer service and relationship management. Your proactive servicing skills will be put to good use, anticipating needs whilst spotting and managing any potential risks involved with existing or new clients and their financial and broader banking requests. As a trusted Account Executive, you will be a key member of the team and will have the opportunity to contribute to a growing portfolio within a highly successful business. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders including, credit risk, analysts, portfolio risk managers, transactional banking partners, working capital specialists and global markets team to help meet our customers' needs. The successful candidate will be a good communicator, be able to multi-task and have good attention to detail with a passion for customer service. What do I need? You will have experience of partnering with commercial customers whilst being savvy and confident in problem solving. Speed to market on completing client requests is something you pride yourself on as well taking the initiative to see things through while liaising with all levels of risk, operations and management teams of the bank. You’ll also be a natural communicator as well as an insightful, strategic thinker, and will act as the point of contact to clients, working with their daily questions and inquiries. You will be driven, highly organised, goal orientated and possess sound relationship management skills. Ideally the candidate will have a finance or accounting degree. Why join us?
