We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Melbourne to drive new business, manage your own client portfolio, and help companies transform their operations with innovative automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and win new business opportunities in warehouse automation and materials handling
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project handover
* Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver customised solutions
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
* Represent our business and our partner at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
What We're Looking For:
* Proven sales experience within automation, conveyors, or warehouse solutions
* Strong technical understanding or ability to sell engineered solutions
* Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Based in Melbourne
