Job Title: Fitness Centre Manager
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and membership growth, enhancing client experience, and supporting the physiotherapy clinic's operations. We are seeking an exceptional leader who can effectively manage day-to-day activities, including staff rostering, facility maintenance, and OH&S procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Membership Management: Achieve monthly KPIs through calls, onboarding, renewals, and debt collection.
* Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute engaging social media content, run Facebook/Instagram ads, and industry networking.
* Client Experience: Enhance service, communication, events, and support to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
* Physiotherapy Clinic Operations: Manage appointment flows, billing, and clinician rostering as needed.
* Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee staff rostering, facility maintenance, and OH&S procedures.
Requirements:
* Certification: Cert IV in Fitness (SIS40221) or equivalent industry experience.
* Membership Sales: Demonstrated expertise in conversions and collections.
* Digital Marketing: Experience in creating and scheduling social media content for Facebook/Instagram.
* Leadership: Diploma of Leadership & Management or comparable people-management experience preferred.
* Marketing: Certificate IV in Marketing & Communication or proven digital marketing results.
* Exercise Science/Physiotherapy: Tertiary qualification in Exercise Science / Physiotherapy for clinical oversight roles.
