This role sits at the centre of the business. You’ll be the person our clients trust — the calm, capable presence who makes everything feel easy, professional, and well organised.
The Role:
You won’t be stuck behind a desk doing repetitive admin. Instead, you’ll work closely with clients and the sales team to support projects from early enquiry through to delivery.
Your day will include:
* Taking ownership of incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in the showroom.
* Preparing quotes, managing orders, and updating our CRM/ERP systems.
* Coordinating with suppliers on stock availability, lead times, and deliveries.
* Supporting architects and designers with product selections, samples, and technical information.
* Building genuine, long-term relationships with clients across the design and construction space.
* Developing a deep understanding of our product range and how it’s used in real projects.
Who This Will Suit:
You’re organised, personable, and detail focused. You enjoy working with people, take pride in your communication style, and like being part of a design-driven environment where quality matters.
You’ll likely bring:
* 3+ years’ experience in customer service, internal sales, administration, or client support.
* Exposure to high-end, luxury, or design-focused products.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A structured, methodical approach to managing multiple tasks at once.
* Confidence using CRM systems and common business software (MYOB, Excel, Word, etc.).
* Ambition to grow into a sales or account management role over time.
