Job DescriptionBrisbane Airport Location4 on / 4 off Shift PatternCovering our 24h OperationsReady for your next adventure?Your new role as an AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) will see you deliver quality and reliable maintenance and rectification services to a high standard, while ensuring all WHS and Quality policies and procedures are adhered to. This role will see you working with a range of specialist teams enabling you to provide excellent engineering standards on a solid foundation of safety, quality, reliability, and service.We’re on the hunt for someone who:Has completed Certificate IV in Aeroskills (AU or NZ equivalent), with previous A320/321 experience desirableHas excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively manage self and othersDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamHas experience in Line MaintenanceHas a proven commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement initiativesHas proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle competing demands, particularly when under pressure and/or managing multiple stakeholders; andHolds a valid driving licence and ability to obtain an Airside Drivers LicenseWilling and able to hold a Qantas Group-issued ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) including a full international criminal clearance.Leadership qualities, a strong work-ethic and an inclusive mindset are valued attributes, that will provide you with opportunities to extend yourself further within Jetstar.
