We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
PR & Events Sample Assistant
to support our Marketing team and play a key role in bringing our brand to life across PR, events and digital channels.
Reporting to the PR & Events Specialist, this role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, management and organisation of Seed Heritage marketing samples. You will ensure product is available, tracked and delivered on time to support social content, talent management, events, media requests and concession activity.
This is a Part Time role, 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), 9am-5.30pm.
The Role
* Coordinate marketing samples across PR, social, talent, events, media requests and concession activity
* Manage the end-to-end sample process, including collecting monthly ranges, unpacking, dispatching, courier bookings, tracking, returns and allocating old stock to sample sale
* Manage sample timelines and deadlines, proactively flagging delays or changes to key stakeholders
* Maintain an organised, accurate and up-to-date sample room, tracking incoming and outgoing inventory
* Prepare and coordinate samples for PR events, BAU influencer activity and gifting programs, ensuring correct sizing, documentation, tracking and on-time delivery
* Support forecasting of sample requirements for upcoming events, launches and brand activations
* On-site role 3-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (Preferred)
* Experience within the fashion or retail industry desirable but not essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Presentable, approachable, and consistently demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* A proactive and flexible approach to work.
* Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
