About the role

This role leads and coordinates warehouse teams across receiving, put away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring efficient daily operations and meeting customer expectations. At AutoNexus, you'll support agile, high‐performance automotive solutions built on expertise, scale, flexibility and strong partner value, driving success every day.

Key responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join the team at Bibra Lake.

* Champion safe work practices by actively monitoring processes, recommending improvements, and contributing to consistently high service levels.
* Investigate and resolve incidents or hazards with management support, ensuring a safe and well‐maintained work environment.
* Coordinate and follow up all workplace safety meetings and activities, reinforcing strong safety culture across the team.
* Promote safety ownership by ensuring staff follow safe work procedures, report hazards, wear required protective equipment, and use tools safely while adhering to all site rules.
* Lead, coach and develop team members through ongoing training, multi‐skilling, and performance conversations, strengthening capability for future business needs.
* Coordinate labour resources to meet productivity goals, support weekly team toolbox meetings, and maintain engaged, high‐performing teams aligned with business expectations.

About You

* Australian citizenship is required for this position, with full working rights.
* Demonstrated SAP experience, strong capability working within a Warehouse Management System, and a valid forklift licence.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience leading warehouse teams, ideally within a 3PL, automotive, or industrial environment.
* Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‐solving skills, with excellent communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure; customer‐focused and self‐managed, with intermediate computer skills, KPI management ability, and a commitment to safe, compliant work practices.
