We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals for one of our clients in Canberra to join as a Enterprise / Solution Architect.
We are looking for combined skillset role of Enterprise and Solution Architect to help establish and mature enterprise architecture practices across the organisation, while also providing solution-level architectural leadership for digital initiatives and ICT investments.
This role spans enterprise-level strategic architecture and solution-level design and assurance. It is suitable for candidates with a background in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a combination of both, who can operate effectively across strategy, portfolio planning, and delivery contexts.the design, coordination and implementation of end-to-end technology solutions to meet business outcomes.
Essential Criteria:
* 5+ years’ experience operating as an Enterprise Architect and/or Solution Architect, ideally within Australian Government environments. Demonstrated ability to work across both enterprise-level strategic architecture and solution-level design and assurance.
* Proven experience developing enterprise architecture artefacts and solution architectures in complex environments. Demonstrated experience translating strategic objectives and business requirements into actionable architecture deliverables.
* Strong understanding of architecture principles, practices, and governance, and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
* Experience designing end-to-end solutions across application, data, integration, infrastructure/cloud, and security domains.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical audiences.
* Deep understanding of Australian Government digital policies, architecture standards, and whole-of-government strategies, including alignment with Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) requirements.
The candidate must have exceptional communication skills who can lean into complex conversations and offer technical solutions that creates buy-in from stakeholders with varying technical and non-technical backgrounds.
