The role of the ICT Service Desk Technician is pivotal in the smooth running of our IT systems. You will report to the Digital Technology Manager (based in Auckland, NZ) and work closely with our technical team to provide support across all locations. This is the perfect role for someone who is early on in their ICT career and is looking to gain some experience in an international company.

Experience / Essential Skills
* Ability to work across NZ / AU time zones
* Previous experience (1-2 years) in a Support Technician role is essential, including ITIL and ITSM experience.
* Microsoft Office 365 administration
* Azure Identity Management including MFA.
* OneDrive Business client
* Windows 10, 11 High level support
* Experience of cyber security principles, threat monitoring, threat response and the general security practices
* Experience with networking and remote access
* Experience with application deployment and support
* Preferred experience in; Jira, Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI, PowerShell, MS endpoint application deployment, prior SOE deployment experience
