Your New Role:
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store’s performance, leading all aspects of sales, team development, operations and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where your energy, professionalism and commercial mindset will set the standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team through structured performance management and ongoing development
* Taking full accountability for store results, confidently analysing and communicating KPIs, trade outcomes and business decisions
* Driving commercial success through effective forecasting, rostering and trade analysis
* Maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor, leading by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Building and sustaining a positive team culture grounded in accountability, connection and high performance
* Making informed business decisions that balance people, product and profitability
* Demonstrating strong emotional intelligence when managing challenges, feedback and team dynamics
* Investing in your own leadership development and continuously seeking opportunities to grow

The Experience Checklist:
* 2+ years’ experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role within fashion or lifestyle retail
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team to achieve results
* Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of KPIs, sales performance and budgeting
* Confident in managing day-to-day operations including rostering, stock control and trade
* Passionate about delivering a high-energy, customer first retail experience
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead effectively
