The Position Troocoo are partnered with a growing travel organisation based near Brisbane Airport to recruit two Procurement Officers on a full-time, permanent basis, 5 days on site. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure alignment.Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing with existing, pre-approved suppliers.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.Prepare and issue purchase orders to approved vendors.Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.Assist in resolving any procurement-related issues or discrepancies with suppliers. Skills & Experience You will have seen success in your previous positions because of your strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Proven experience within a Purchasing or Procurement position.Experience in purchasing engineering, mechanical-related parts and components is highly desirable.Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Team player with effective relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.Must be able to be on-site 5-days per week.
