What Does a Day as a Toll Diesel Mechanic Look Like?
* Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel machinery, including American and European trucks and trailers
* Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems
* Ordering and replacing parts as needed
* Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used
* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
* Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team member
Our desired Key Skills and Experience:
* Australian or NZ recognised trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic
* Demonstrated experience working on heavy diesel vehiclesAbility to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
* Excellent problem‐solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Commitment to workplace safety
