About the Role
As the Residential Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the operational, clinical, and financial management of the facility. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team and drive a culture of respect, safety, and exceptional care for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standards of care
* Lead and develop a passionate, high-performing team
* Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
* Manage budgets, rosters, workforce planning, and performance outcomes
* Build trusted relationships with residents, families, staff, and community stakeholders
What You'll Bring
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
* Proven leadership experience as a Residential Service Manager in aged care (Minimum 2 years experience)
* Strong understanding of clinical governance and aged care standards
* Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for quality aged care and resident wellbeing
