As aBehaviour Support Practitioner (BSP), you will design and implement tailored strategies that improve quality of life, reduce restrictive practices, and empower participants to achieve their personal goals.
We are seeking an experienced BSP who thrives on working withcomplex needsandmulti-disciplinary teams, and who brings bothclinical expertise and practice leadershipto every interaction.
What You'll Do
* ConductFunctional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs), developBehaviour Support Plans (BSPs), and implementrisk reduction strategies.
* Providespecialist consultation and mentoringto support staff and teams, promoting reflective practice and skill development.
* Deliver behaviour support in line withNDIS Quality Standards, Child Safety, and legislative requirements.
* Collaborate closely with families, carers, and care teams to achieve sustainable outcomes.
* ChampionElements ABC's valuesby modelling high-quality, person-centred behaviour support.
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, ABA, or BCBA.
* Proficient or aboveunder the NDIS PBS Capability Framework, with proven experience delivering complex behaviour support.
* Strong behavioural assessment and data analysis skills, with expertise in writing and implementing BSPs.
* A collaborative mindset and a passion forleading by exampleto build team capability.
* Commitment to best practice, reducing restrictive interventions, and safeguarding human rights.
