We are seeking a professional with expertise in urban and land civil design. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on various projects, including master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and team collaboration. Additionally, they should be proficient in applicable Australian standards, codes, and state requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required. Demonstrated experience in civil engineering related to design and delivery of urban, land and subdivisions is also necessary. CP Eng and NT Registration is preferred, and Defence baseline security clearance is mandatory.
This position involves civil design mainly relating to urban, land, buildings, and subdivisions, as well as construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration, and quality audits. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients and other consultants, assisting with project management, and business development.
