Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled practitioner to join our workforce and contribute to the development of therapeutic, culturally safe care across programs.
Main Responsibilities
* Enhance practice quality excellence in children and family services through expert advice and support.
* Provide guidance on complex cases and support staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training.
* Contribute to evidence-based practices at an organisation level, ensuring interventions are responsive and trauma-informed.
* Collaborate with colleagues on methodologies and service innovations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Experience supporting children and young people impacted by complex trauma using therapeutic approaches.
* Knowledge and experience across children, youth and family services from early intervention to foster and kinship care.
* Ability to draw meaningful insights from practice data and recommend improvements.
* Collaborative approach working confidently across teams and disciplines.
