We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our team at a brand new early education centre in Forster, NSW. As part of our growing network, you will play a key role in shaping engaging learning experiences for children, supporting the professional growth of educators, and contributing to our culture of high quality in early education and care.
Job Description
As an Assistant Director, you will support the Centre Director in leading daily operations and ensuring exceptional outcomes for children and families. You will mentor educators, manage compliance and administration, and step into leadership of the service when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated understanding of NQF, EYLF & child protection requirements
* Proven ability to mentor, support, and motivate educators
* Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
* Experience leading curriculum and pedagogical practice
* Qualifications: Diploma in Children's Services or Degree in Early Childhood Teaching as identified by Australian Children's Education and care Authority
* Working With Children Check verification number
* Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training DEC approved child protection training certificate
