Sales Development Representative
This role presents a unique opportunity to join a world-leading MarTech software company as a founding Sales Development Representative, driving growth in the SaaS industry.
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Head of Country and receive tailored training, close mentorship, and a clear pathway to an Account Executive role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a territory plan, partnering with AEs and the Head of Country to build predictable pipeline coverage.
* Execute targeted outbound prospecting across email, phone, social media, and ABM plays while qualifying inbound leads into sales-ready opportunities.
* Attend industry events, support client calls, and participate in discovery meetings to deepen product and market knowledge.
* Research target accounts, map key decision-makers, and tailor messaging to their digital maturity and MarTech goals.
* Craft compelling narratives to articulate the value of our leading experimentation and optimisation platform to prospective customers.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Partner teams on ANZ campaigns and account-based strategies.
* Track and report activity using Salesforce and modern GTM toolsets including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, and Amplemarket.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years experience in SaaS or customer-facing tech roles; strong graduates and early-career candidates encouraged to apply.
* Candidates must possess curiosity, resilience, and a proactive mindset, comfortable experimenting, iterating, and learning fast.
* Strong communication skills are essential, able to tell a clear story and engage senior stakeholders.
* Solid organisational discipline, attention to detail, and motivation to exceed activity and pipeline goals are required.
* Experience with Salesforce or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly desirable.
