We are seeking a strategic recruitment marketing professional to lead the development and execution of innovative campaigns that position our organization as an employer of choice across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

Main Responsibilities
 * Lead the recruitment marketing strategy and deliver targeted campaigns to engage priority talent pools, including aged care, early learning, community, disability, and regional services.
 * Partner with People Experience, Talent Acquisition, and Service Leaders to develop effective attraction strategies.
 * Manage SEM, SEO, and paid social campaigns to strengthen candidate pipelines.
 * Represent Recruitment Marketing confidently in stakeholder meetings, including with senior leaders.
Key Qualifications
 * 6–8+ years' experience in marketing, with proven expertise in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
 * Demonstrated success in digital recruitment marketing, including SEM, SEO, paid social, and campaign optimisation.
 * Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
