Company Background:
40 year old progressive building company requires a Contract Administrator to aid with our expansion. Pelenoy Group undertakes a range of projects from Industrial warehouses, high end apartment builds to commercial shop and pub fit-outs, and luxury residential renovations.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Budget tracking, tender management with subcontractors, trade assessment and attend tender meeting with subcontractors, attend subcontractor coordination meetings, assist with progress claims, variation management, coordinate between consultants and clients, assist construction and development managers, RFI and EOI administration, ITP administration, Administrating Head Contract, Review, understand and administer DA Conditions and project documentation, Liaise with Consultants and PCA, Read and interpret plans, Programming, Project estimating and material ordering, Job Tendering & Procurement, Negotiating with subcontractors & suppliers, Claims Management and issuing Variations, Dealing with neighbouring properties and management Job Deeds. Subcontracts management, progress claims assessments and supplier invoice assessments, Subcontractor variations management, Cashflow, budgets and project financial analysis, Data Input into Procore, M files and Cubit
Skills Required:
Completed or near finished a construction relevant course, experience working on commercial and residential projects, knowledge of Sydney construction market, strong attention to detail and prove communication skills.
