Project Management Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Project Management Practice.
This is a pivotal role in establishing and leading the Program and Project Management Centre of Excellence (CoE), driving capability uplift, and embedding best practices across the Agency's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO).
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of project management in digital health and will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of the Project Management CoE
* Embed the Agency's Project Portfolio Management Framework (PPMF) across programs and projects
* Provide expert guidance on project planning, business cases, financial estimation, and delivery approaches
* Drive capability uplift through coaching, training, and mentoring
* Manage project/program resourcing and workforce planning
* Ensure governance and reporting standards are met
* Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic planning
Requirements:
* Proven leadership in program and project delivery within public sector, ideally in digital health or complex environments
* Expertise in project governance, assurance, and benefits realisation
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, Agile, P3O)
