We are seeking a casual Porter to join our welcoming, confident, and internationally-minded team, dedicated to exceeding guest expectations.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
1. Providing a warm welcome to guests, creating memorable experiences
2. Assisting with luggage, transportation, valet parking, and other guest needs
3. Anticipating guest requests and offering tailored recommendations
4. Performing ad-hoc duties to support the front office team
What we need from you:
* An unrestricted driver's license (manual preferred); ability to lift, pull, and push objects up to 23kg
* Excellent communication skills to address guest concerns and compliments
* Strong problem-solving skills to turn issues into positive experiences
* Literate and tech-savvy with good reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills
