Team Leader Position
We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to spearhead our retail operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team of employees in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage all trolley-related services, including collection and cleaning.
* Deliver exceptional customer service with pride, passion, and enthusiasm.
* Ensure store facilities are maintained to the highest standard and that trolleys are readily available for customers.
Additional Requirements
* Perform tasks such as operating floor cleaning equipment and machinery, and relocating trolleys from the car park to the store.
* Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance for team members and customers.
* Work effectively on your feet for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 16kg).
* Demonstrate outstanding communication, time management, and task prioritization skills.
