About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Drinxfactory .
This is a high-impact role, responsible for driving operational excellence across campaign execution, reporting, staffing, and logistics workflows. You will work closely with internal teams, external clients, and brand partners to ensure consistent delivery, strategic planning, and the development of scalable processes.
We are looking for someone who is a true expert in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Monday.com, with strong leadership skills to guide our internal team in the Philippines and help our clients achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Client Coordination
* Oversee campaign tracking, documentation, and briefing processes.
* Coordinate with brand partners and clients on objectives and campaign timelines.
* Maintain project boards (e.g., Monday.com) and ensure clear handoffs between departments.
* Ensure data consistency and standardised documentation for recurring tasks.
Project Management
* Scope projects, allocate resources, and manage timelines across multiple simultaneous programs.
* Conduct weekly meetings with leadership to review program updates.
* Create, manage, and triage project roadmaps, including during high-volume or surge periods.
* Report on project progress, outcomes, and key risks.
People & Team Management
* Directly manage a small team, including coaching and performance development.
* Allocate responsibilities and maintain accountability across internal support roles.
Systems & Reporting
* Export and analyse operational and campaign data across Excel and various CRM/project management tools.
* Handle stock and POS workflows in coordination with mapping, staffing, and warehousing.
* Maintain campaign records and ensure accurate documentation in shared systems.
Required Skills & Experience
* People Management: experience managing direct reports, including performance management and coaching.
* Project Management: managing multiple concurrent projects with strict deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations.
* Experience with Monday.com and other project management tools.
* Advanced Excel skills, including data extraction, reporting, and dashboard development.
* Experience building and maintaining automated workflows, integrations, and complex spreadsheets.
* Background in physical product logistics, warehousing, or stock management .
* Understanding of supply chain contract management and vendor coordination.
* Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and business case development including risk mitigation.
* Proven experience in PMO, program delivery, or supply chain operations roles.
* Confidence in identifying and executing continuous improvement projects.
