About The Role
Our Assistant Store Managers work closely with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations, ensuring store success. You will coach and develop team members, embody genuine customer service, and act as a safety leader.

About You
* Previous supervisory experience or strong readiness for promotion
* Retail or trade experience (sales, wholesale, workshop operations)
* Knowledge of automotive parts/mechanics preferred
* Valid driver's licence and flexible availability
* Physical capacity to lift, bend, climb and drive safely
* Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
