Job Description
We're looking for experienced and motivated Field & Workshop Service Technicians to join our team at our Horningsea Park branch. If you're passionate about delivering quality service, enjoy hands‑on work either in the workshop and on‑site, and want to be part of a supportive, high‑performing team – we want to hear from you.
In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of equipment, working both independently and as part of a team. Your expertise will help minimise equipment downtime and ensure outstanding service for our customers.
What You'll Do
* Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault‑finding on a range of mobile and construction equipment
* Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance both in the workshop and in the field
* Complete scheduled maintenance, major repairs, and warranty work in line with manufacturer guidelines
* Deliver high-quality workmanship that enhances the customer experience
* Provide on‑site support to customers as required
* Accurately complete service reports and maintain detailed service records
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and OH&S standards
* Work collaboratively within the team while maintaining the ability to operate independently
What We're Looking For
* Trade-qualified technician (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or similar)
* Proven experience with earthmoving or construction equipment
* Strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage time effectively
* A strong commitment to safety and following company procedures
