We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product and Portfolio Management, Cash Channel Strategy, Payments Acceptance (Merchant Solutions), Business Customer Onboarding, Customer lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions.Based in the Transaction Growth and Propositions Crew (Propositions Crew), which has the unique responsibility to design, build and run the high-profile customer propositions that enable us to take the "best of CommBank" to the market, so we can grow our leading market share and drive greater customer value.
Some of these propositions include Real Estate, CommBank Yello for Business, Tradies Proposition, Sustainability Action Tool, and Biz Enquiry.Do Work That MattersWork as part of the Business Mobile Experience squad to develop market leading propositions that offer exceptional customer experiences to drive engagement, advocacy and NPS.Collaborate with teams across the Propositions Crew and EBB to bring the product strategy and roadmap to life – from discovery to launch of new features and initiatives, as well as ongoing ownership and management of the products suite.Translate Customer Value propositions and business objectives into requirements and user features to facilitate technical delivery of customer solutions and products.Drive outcomes across the product lifecycle from inception to launch, monitoring and driving product performance, continuous improvement and optimising customer experience.
This includes identifying pain points and incident management and resolution where required.Work closely with analytics, technology and data teams to agree and track key prioritised work to support the delivery of product changes and solutions within set timeframes.
Analysis of data to extrapolate insights to inform requirements for product delivery.Work with teams across EBB, Marketing, Digital, Segments, frontline and Operations to drive change across the business, whilst sourcing feedback and insights to support the continuous improvement and optimisation of products and processes.Work closely with Risk, Compliance and Legal stakeholders to ensure products and solutions are delivered in a safe and sustainable way, and continue to meet key regulatory, operational risk and product governance requirements.Contribute to a culture of high-performance, through personal accountability and creating an inclusive and psychologically safe culture.Help us deliver a better future for Everyday Business BankingProduct management experience with a passion for customer experience and product development and digital/technical deliveryExperience working in an agile environment and Sprint-based delivery frameworkStrong commercial acumen with experience in product planning and execution.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor messaging for diverse group of stakeholdersAbility to perform data analysis and leverage findings to prioritise effectively, drive decision-making and influence stakeholders.Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to work across many lines of businesses to influence outcomes.Confidence with navigating ambiguity and ability to work flexibly through changeStrong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously whilst managing tight timeframes.Risk Mindset –All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.Your DevelopmentAt CommBank, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce reflecting the customers, businesses and communities we serve.
