Job Description
The Venue Services Coordinator will lead the Front of House team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall experience for visitors.
The venue operates 24/7 and provides facilities and services in both a community leisure centre and residential accommodation setting, hosting activities and events for large school, community, and sporting groups.
* Provide leadership and direction in ensuring appropriate standards of client service delivery and stakeholder management within the venue and local community.
* Work collaboratively with the Front House and Back of House teams to ensure client satisfaction and services are of a high standard.
* Engage with industry stakeholders in relation to the delivery of sport and recreation products and services at the venue.
This includes a strong focus on client relationship management for seasonal bookings and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage reception duties, client booking and inductions, facility preparation, event coordination, contractor management, agency staff management including rostering, on-boarding and staff training.
2. Administer payments, data entry and maintain client records ensuring confidentiality and quality assurance in compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
3. Contribute towards the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, safe work method statements and systems for facility operations in accordance with legislative requirements.

* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* Criminal History Check
