You will be an effective communicator who models professional integrity, inspires high performance, and cultivates a positive workplace culture aligned with the SWSLHD Nursing and Midwifery Service vision of Compassionate Nursing and Midwifery Care Always. Your ability to lead teams through change, support staff development, and ensure safe, evidence based care will be essential. A strategic mindset, resilience, and a passion for enhancing the patient experience will set you apart as the right person to guide this dynamic and impactful unit.
