Trainee Care Worker Opportunity

No prior experience or qualifications are required; you will be trained on the job to achieve your Certificate III in Individual Support qualification.
Main Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care services, including showering, dressing and grooming residents.
* Assisting with feeding and meal preparation for residents.
* Engaging in social activities and building relationships with clients and staff.
You will work part-time (minimum 15 hours per week) and study towards your qualification. You will have a dedicated workplace Buddy/Mentor and support from the Facility Leadership Team and Learning and Development Team.
