The position requirements include, but are not limited to: Completing scheduled cleaning of factory areas, including floors, walls, ceilings, drains and external equipment surfaces Using cleaning equipment and tools such as pressure washers, scrubbers and chemical dispensing systems (training provided) Following cleaning procedures and hygiene schedules to meet food safety and company standards Safely handling and using cleaning chemicals in line with site procedures and safety guidelines Completing basic cleaning records and reporting any issues identified during inspections or audits Working cooperatively with production and maintenance teams while following all workplace health and safety requirements, including PPE To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following: Previous experience in industrial or food manufacturing cleaning Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards such as HACCP or GMP (desirable) Good communication skills with strong attention to detail Confidence using basic equipment and machinery, or the ability to be trained (EWP beneficial) On Offer: 7 shifts per fortnight with rostered weekends paid at penalty rates Day shift hours: 6.00 am - 6.00pm $31.42 per hour OT super Access to annual bonus scheme to reward contribution Osteotherapy, health and well-being support Ongoing training and support for career development We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
