Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plumber/Pipefitter to join our Surface Operations - HV & Refrigeration Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing planned and breakdown maintenance tasks safely and effectively while maintaining high quality of work and housekeeping standards.
This is a residential position based in Mount Isa, working a Monday to Friday dayshift only roster.
Key Responsibilities
* Performing planned and breakdown maintenance tasks
* Maintaining high level of work and housekeeping standards
* Ability to work closely with business units and leaders on an ongoing basis
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will require:
Trade qualification in Plumbing
Gas Fitting
Manual driver's licence
Recent field experience is highly regarded
Personal role modelling and delivery of high safety standards
An emphasis on continual improvement and development is essential
Attention to detail and good communication skills
Ability to work positively in a team environment or unsupervised
A sound understanding of workplace OH&S
