We're working with a well-regarded Brisbane electrical contractor that has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and getting the job done properly.
They're now looking to bring on a capable Service & Maintenance Electrician who can operate independently, think on their feet, and represent the business professionally on client sites.
This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding — it's for an electrician who takes ownership and takes pride in doing things right.
The Role
This is a hands-on, autonomous position focused on commercial service and maintenance across Brisbane.
You'll be trusted to manage your own day, solve problems properly, and deliver consistently high standards of work.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Reactive and planned electrical maintenance
* Fault finding and rectification across live environments
* Lighting, power and control repairs
* Minor works, upgrades and small project delivery
* Testing, inspection and reporting
* Switchboard and circuit fault diagnosis
* Data cabling and communications works (minor)
* Managing service calls and maintaining strong client relationships
You're a qualified electrician who doesn't need chasing — you just get on with it.
You take pride in your work, communicate clearly, and know how to handle yourself on site.
You'll bring:
* QLD Electrical Licence
* White Card + Driver's Licence
* Strong experience in commercial maintenance / fault finding
* Solid troubleshooting capability
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload
* Professional, client-facing approach
* High standards and attention to detail
* Open Cabling Licence
* Experience in live commercial environments
* EWP / Working at Heights
* CPR / LVR / First Aid
* Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
