Working directly with our Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in building the foundation for our growth. You'll bring commercial curiosity and independent thinking to spot inefficiencies, implement solutions, and leverage technology to reduce manual work.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the migration of forecasting and month-end reporting from spreadsheets into Spotlight, creating a single source of truth for financial data.
* Move cash flow reporting into a structured, systematic solution, enabling variance analysis against forecast and reducing manual tracking.
* Evaluate and implement systems solutions across the tech stack to make finance processes more efficient, including leading the assessment, implementation and roll out of an inventory management system.
* Streamline the month-end close process aiming for a 3-day close by cutting unnecessary manual entries and adjustments.
* Partner with the tech team to develop commercial reporting capabilities, establishing consistent data definitions and a reliable insights across the business.
* Proactively identify further process and systems improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and scalability as the business grows.
* Partner with operational teams to understand workflows, support decision making and uncover opportunities to improve financial performance.

What you'll bring.....
* CA or CPA qualification (fully qualified or part-qualified).
