With a few new client wins and some bold work in the pipeline, we're looking for a whip-smart, creatively hungry Social Media Manager to join the fun. As experts in social commerce, we're looking for someone who shares our obsession and excitement for what's next in social and who is ready to do something a bit different.
As the Social Media Manager, you'll be the creator of calendars, the leader of communities and the finder of trends. You'll work closely with the Account Lead and the rest of the team to bring social and influencer strategies to life, putting your creative spin on every piece of content and copy that goes out the door.

THE ROLE
* Bringing new ideas and fresh thinking to our clients, you'll lead the development of multi-platform content calendars.
* Create detailed and easy-to-follow briefs for our content team, designers, photographers, and videographers to bring content concepts to life.
* Monitor, manage and foster engaged communities for our clients across platforms, ensuring the comments section is as interesting as the post itself.
* Develop always-on and campaign reports that turn data points into "oh wow" insights that effectively fuel ongoing work.
* Bring platform, creative and audience trends and insights into the creation of social and influencer campaigns.
* Source, analyse, brief and manage influencer partnerships for clients across categories and platforms.
* Implement paid media campaigns across platforms, ensuring the stunning content we create reaches the right people.
* Support creative campaign responses, bringing performance data and creativity together in interesting ways.
THE WISHLIST
* With at least 3 years of experience in a social team, you know your Reels from your Shorts and are fluent in a range of social platforms, from TikTok to LinkedIn.
* Creative at the core with an eye for design you take pride in creating sh*t-hot content that sells.
* Obsessed with what's new and topical in social, you read more social newsletters than we do and have your finger on the pulse of new and emerging trends.
* You've managed influencer campaigns from start to finish and know who is who in the zoo.
* Account management is your forte. You always keep clients on board and in the loop, day in and day out.
* Operational excellence? You have that in spades. Little details are a big deal to you.
* You know your CPMs from your CPCs and are as comfortable with paid as you are with organic.
* Understand and know social media engagement and monitoring tools like HootSuite, Brandwatch, Dash Hudson, Sprinklr, Emplify, Iconosquare and more.
* When there's a problem, you're on the hunt for a solution, with an attitude and approach that makes work enjoyable and collaborative.

We're working from home, our offices in Surry Hills (2-3 days per week), client offices, cafes, and galleries. We encourage you to visit new places and explore new things, and that means we support you in taking the work on the road. As long as the work is great, done on time, and we plan this with you, we're not too fussed if you want to head away for a few days.
