Home Sales Expert
This position involves assisting in conducting interviews of prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentation. You will serve as a back-up to other members of the sales team as needed and assist any new homebuyer or prospective homebuyer as required.

* Learn knowledge of local markets, competition, real estate laws/rules, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying.
* Develop strong communication skills to effectively present homes to potential buyers.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
