This role calls for a natural leader who naturally loves hospitality and thrives under the pressures of running a fast-paced venue albeit small venue. Someone who will tackle challenges with positivity, who will drive their own and their teams growth whilst finding the best solutions. Someone eager to perhaps take the next step into a manager role and make it their own with close support from management.

Adelaide Rockford is a part of the Accor family, a world leader in hospitality, being close to the Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide's primary sporting venues, Adelaide Oval, and entertainment points of the city. Be in the heart of it all by joining our Food and Beverage team.

We're in search of a hospitality professional who is committed to the art of delivering exceptional friendly service to our guests. As Food & Beverage Manager you will assist in the smooth operation of our F&B department and help lead the team. This is a hands on role as the venue is small and boutique. But most importantly, help make our guests happy

What we're looking for in our candidate:

· Love food? Serve what you are passionate about

· Playing a lead role in setting and achieving goals and celebrating the wins

· Able to create the hotel's beverage lists

· Using initiative to problem solve

· Delivering outstanding customer experiences, coaching and inspiring the team to do the same

· Mixologist / cocktail experience

· Know how to make great coffee

· Know how to make someone feel special

· A great opportunity to learn and work in various operations - breakfast, dinner, bar / lounge, conference, and functions.

· A commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests and making our Accor ALL members feel special.

· Be hands-on when it matters

· A stickler for attention to detail, the little things always count

· Comfortable running your team daily, up to speed with the array of programs in our industry, rostering, and all things point of sale

· The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and on weekends

· Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture

· Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service execution

· Be calm, be a thinker

· Create, inspire, initiate. You have the freedom to do so

· A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and RP

· A high standard of grooming and presentation.

Days and times may vary across a 7-day roster subject to the availability of the successful candidate and guest operational requirements.
