What you'll be doing
* Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by doctors
* Collaborating with healthcare colleagues to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
* Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
* Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines
* Actively participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your nursing skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
* Registered Nurse qualification with current registration and membership with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general medical or surgical nursing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
* Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and technology used in healthcare settings
