Key Account Manager Position
This role is focused on maximising sales growth through building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
About the Role:
* We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team, someone who can foster lasting relationships with our clients to drive mutual success.
* You will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring our products are always available in-store and that our customers have access to the support they need.
Your Responsibilities:
* Nourish and develop existing customer relationships to increase sales revenue
* Grow sales through effective product distribution and visibility across our range
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to further expand our reach
Your Qualifications:
* A proven track record in sales or account management, preferably within a similar industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
* Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and motivation
