About The Role
You’ll join an experienced team who love pushing ideas to a new level and want someone to jump in and align with their enthusiasm. Health Partners has been embarking on an innovative digital transformation to support our strategic plan, and with a number of exciting projects in the works we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join the team and help us to deliver these with maximum value add!
Key Responsibilities
* Be involved in the successful delivery of projects by capturing clear business requirements, mapping current and future state processes, developing compelling user stories, and supporting user testing and business process reengineering.
* Turn data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and accelerate impactful change.
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including Project Managers and User Experience team members to ensure alignment, engagement and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
* Keep program leadership informed through clear, timely updates and progress reporting to the Head of Project Office, Data & Procurement.
About You
You’re someone looking for their next challenge. You’re passionate about connecting with people and optimising outcomes. You’ll also have:
At least three years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
* You’ll have demonstrated experience working on customer-facing programs and projects and high-level interpersonal skills.
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.
* You’re innovative, self-driven and you have the initiative and ability to work under broad direction in a team environment on complex tasks.
* You’re able to bounce-off ideas and collaborate with a team of like-minded people.

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application and hold a current satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 12 months) or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
