About the role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Casual Administration Assistant to support a retail sales team based at Gepps Cross. Working approximately 20 hours per week across 4-5 days, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, variety, and being the go-to support person for a fast-paced team.
What you will do
* Provide administrative support to the sales and leadership team
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office tasks
* Manage emails, paperwork, and internal documentation
* Support day-to-day coordination to keep the sales floor running efficiently
* Be a friendly, professional point of contact within the business

* Previous administration or office support experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
