About the role
Permanent opportunity for an SAP SuccessFactors Talent Functional Consultant based in Melbourne or Sydney, focused on delivering and optimising the full talent suite
Duties
* Lead configuration and optimisation across SuccessFactors Talent modules
* Gather requirements and translate into functional solutions
* Support implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs
* Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and documentation
Skills & experience
* Strong experience across SuccessFactors Talent modules: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Career Development Planning, Learning Management System (LMS), and Compensation
* Proven end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation or support experience
* Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
* Ability to configure and optimise Talent modules independently
* SAP SuccessFactors certification highly regarded
