Job Description
The Department of Justice seeks an experienced professional to lead the HR Operations team. This is a key role in shaping the department's human resources strategy and implementing processes that support business improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of strategic HR reporting capability at the whole of agency level and for external bodies as required.
They will also be accountable for providing high-level authoritative specialist advice to senior stakeholders on legislation, award/agreement interpretation and Agency HR policies and procedures.
In addition, they will oversee the administration of Senior Executive Service, Equivalent Specialist, and Statutory Officers advertising, recruitment, and contract delivery in line with legislative and compliance requirements.
