Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with an established residential apartment developer seeking a commercially minded Development Analyst to support upcoming built-form projects.
Working closely with senior development leadership, this role will play a key part in feasibility modelling, acquisitions support, market intelligence and investment decision-making across a pipeline of apartment developments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead feasibility modelling, financial analysis and development appraisals across apartment projects
Support acquisitions including due diligence, site analysis and investment recommendations
Analyse apartment market conditions, pricing strategy and comparable sales data
Prepare investment papers, project reports and board-level briefing materials
Support early design coordination, planning inputs and development strategy
Liaise with agents, valuers, consultants and internal project teams
Track project financial performance across the development lifecycle
Contribute to pricing strategy, project positioning and risk analysis
About You
Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Economics, Construction Management, Planning or related discipline
3–6+ years' experience in property development, property finance, funds, advisory or feasibility modelling
Strong financial modelling capability (EstateMaster, Argus or advanced Excel preferred)
Commercially astute with strong analytical and communication skills
Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting insights
Passionate about residential apartment development and market trends
