We are looking for a Branch Manager to look after our Melbourne Branch which services Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. The Melbourne Branch is a well established branch and requires a strong leader to assist in operations and strong future growth.
Role purpose:
* Building a professional relationships internally and externally ensuring our service is preferred & reliable for our customers
* Providing technical support to customers and internal staff and maintain quality standards for the products.
* Manage all aspects of branch operations.
* Oversee day-to-day branch activities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with all regulations.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of office, sales and warehouse employees
* Manage customer relationships and ensure the highest level of service is delivered.
* Ensure timely delivery on dispatching of orders meeting targets.
* Manage the branch's performance, and implement cost-saving measures.
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels of equipment and consumables.
* Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and resolve them in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to grow the business and expand service offerings.
* Ensure the branch adheres to all health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Essentially the candidate will have:
* Experience across the board of industry products
* Previous customer service/sales experience & skills
* Previous Branch Manager Experience
* Excellent communication skills – written & oral
* Good interpersonal skills for handling customers & internal staff
* Computer literacy
* CRM program experience
* Willingness to learn and apply knowledge
* High attention to detail
* Experience in the Lifting Industry preferred
* Good technical understanding of Lifting products preferred
