We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Automotive Business Manager to join our teams at Blackburn Kia, Nissan & GWM which are highly successful, fast‐paced Dealerships. The successful candidate will be a results‐driven professional, who has exceptional work ethic and a strong client focus.
Who are we looking for?
* Highly self‐motivated and financially driven.
* Current Tier II Certification and Financier Accreditations.
* The ability to demonstrate strong results in current and previous Business Manager roles.
* Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face‐to‐face and phone environment.
* Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.
* Era and DealerCell experience highly regarded.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the sales team with initial contact and follow‐up of all enquiries / leads, along with deal negotiation and closing sales.
* Achieving targets and KPI's in relation to the sale of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products to dealership clients.
* Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all our customers.
* Supporting sales consultants with finance deal structuring, quoting, and accurate documentation.
* End‐to‐end processing of vehicle loans (from application to settlement).
* Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

* OTE of $150k plus (comprised of salary, car or allowance, superannuation and industry‐leading commission structure).
* 5‐day working week, including Saturdays with an RDO during the week.
